Projection Mapping Prototype
A project begun 2 years ago for a class assignment, became a steppingstone for my work in the PERSONA series. I am currently working on new pieces in this style that incorporates interactive elements using an Xbox Kinect V2 to generate a point cloud in Touch Designer that is then passed off to the main projection mapping software HeavyM using Spout.
Prototype for PERSONA
An animation created in HeavyM with medical imagery. This piece is a skeleton projected on my body, which was later edited to have the nervous system overlayed and printed on a 6’ by 4’ sheet of transparency film. The skeleton is to my exact size.
